A central feature here is the allowance of traditional campfires, with sustainable, kiln-dried firewood available directly on site for cooking and evening warmth. Each individual pitch offers an expansive area of personal space, making it popular for couples, solo campers, cyclists, and families alike who want to switch off and sleep under the stars.
The site features converted dairy buildings that house modern, high-quality showers and toilets, including dedicated family and disabled rooms. Practical amenities include a well-equipped kitchen area with a fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, and phone charging points, alongside a central compost toilet and multiple drinking water taps. Visitors can buy essentials, local meats, and fresh herbs at the Honey Pot honesty shop located by the reception area. To maintain safety and tranquility across the fields, the meadows are kept entirely car-free, meaning guests leave their vehicles in the dedicated car park and use the provided wheelbarrows and trolleys to transport gear to their pitches.
