IpswichLife listing submission terms

These terms apply when you submit a business, club, community group, charity or faith group listing to IpswichLife.

1. Your authority and information

You confirm that you are authorised to submit the listing and that the information, images and links you provide are accurate, lawful and up to date. Do not submit content that is misleading, defamatory, discriminatory, infringing or otherwise unlawful.

2. Publication and editorial control

Submitting a listing does not guarantee publication. IpswichLife may edit for clarity, request evidence, decline, suspend or remove a listing at its editorial discretion, including where information cannot be verified or may harm users or the directory.

3. Permission to use your content

You give IpswichLife a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to store, reproduce, edit for formatting and publish the material you submit in connection with the directory and its promotion. You keep ownership of your material.

4. Public and private information

Your listing name, description, category, phone number, website, social links and address may be shown publicly. Address information may also be used to position a map and nearby-listing features. Your contact email is kept private and used to confirm, verify and administer your submission unless you separately ask us to publish it.

5. No endorsement or guaranteed results

IpswichLife is a local discovery directory, not a recommendation, booking agent or party to any transaction. We do not guarantee listing placement, traffic, enquiries, accuracy of third-party websites or the suitability, availability or performance of any listed organisation.

6. Responsibility and liability

You are responsible for the content you submit and for keeping it accurate. To the extent permitted by law, IpswichLife is not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, loss of opportunity or loss arising from reliance on a listing or third-party service. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where the law does not permit this.

7. Privacy and contact

We use submission information to operate, moderate, secure and improve the directory, including preventing spam and abuse. We keep only the information needed for those purposes.
