FTC Gym

FTC Gym is an independent fitness facility that operates twenty-four hours a day, 365 days a year. The massive gym floor holds over 200 pieces of exercise kit, highlighting a robust strength and conditioning suite packed with high-quality Gym80 resistance machines and a dedicated free weights area. Members also have access to an extensive cardiovascular zone alongside a specialized eGym ecosystem that automatically tracks workouts and sets personalized routines. If you enjoy training alongside others, the facility includes a large exercise studio hosting dozens of group fitness classes every month, spanning from high-intensity bootcamp sessions to spin and circuits.

Beyond the main workout zones, the venue is packed with handy extra facilities to help you prepare and recover from your training sessions. The changing rooms are fitted with hot showers, customer toilets, and recently installed infrared saunas for post-workout relaxation. There is an on-site barbershop and a dedicated sports injury clinic right inside the building if you need physical rehabilitation or injury management. Visitors can make use of the free Wi-Fi throughout the building, and there is a large, free on-site car park right outside, making it straightforward to drive down and park up at any hour of the day.
