Grundisburgh Tennis Club

Grundisburgh Tennis Club is a friendly community sports venue that offers fantastic facilities for players of all abilities. The setup revolves around three all-weather hard courts that were recently resurfaced and painted, making them ideal for a game at any time of the year. If you are looking to brush up on your skills, the club runs comprehensive group coaching sessions for both adults and juniors, alongside private one-to-one lessons led by an LTA-accredited coach. For those who just want to turn up and play without a rigid schedule, they also arrange regular social tennis turn-up sessions throughout the week, which are perfect for meeting other players.

Getting onto the court is straightforward, as the club operates an easy-to-use online court booking system where you can reserve your slot and receive a gate access code ahead of time. You do not have to be a full member to enjoy a match either, as they offer affordable non-member court hire on a pay-and-play basis, alongside annual membership options. As the courts are situated on the local playing fields, players can benefit from ample parking in the main playing fields car park right by the venue. Just keep in mind that the courts do not have floodlights and the small on-site clubhouse does not contain any toilet or changing facilities.
