Martlesham Leisure

Martlesham Leisure is an independent health and wellness club that provides a wide range of fitness and relaxation options. The main hub is a fully equipped, air-conditioned split-level gym packed with fixed-resistance machines, cardiovascular kit, and free weights. Alongside the gym floor, the club runs dozens of instructor-led fitness classes every week, ranging from high-intensity workouts to specialized sessions in their dedicated spin studio.

For racquet sports enthusiasts, the facility includes five squash courts complete with a viewing gallery for spectators. There is also a 13-metre indoor swimming pool kept at 29 degrees, which sits alongside a poolside jacuzzi, a sauna, and steam rooms. Visitors can make full use of a large on-site car park located just behind the building, and the club features a licensed café and bar area serving meals and drinks. Free Wi-Fi is accessible throughout the building, and the venue offers accessible toilets and changing facilities.
