The Wheatsheaf

The Wheatsheaf Beer House is a free-house, traditional family-run pub that offers a genuinely warm welcome. It is a CAMRA award winner, having won the Ipswich and East Suffolk CAMRA Rural Pub of the Year for four years running, including 2026, and the overall Best Pub of the Year for Ipswich and East Suffolk for three of these years. The pub serves a range of ales, including gravity-fed beers with around 100 different ales available each year, and also offers a selection of ciders and mixed drinks, including a Bloody Mary and a G&T.
