Blue Arrows Archery Club

Blue Arrows Archery Club is a dedicated sports group setup to promote the activity of target archery. The organisation caters to a mixed membership, running both a junior section for under-18s and a senior section for older enthusiasts. Members of all ages share the shooting line side-by-side during sessions, creating an integrated and social club atmosphere. The core focus centres on providing a structured space for individuals to practice their shooting technique, whether they want to take part in competitive tournaments or simply shoot for recreation.

To keep things running smoothly throughout the changing British weather, the club splits its schedule between an outdoor field during the summer months and an indoor venue for winter sessions. For those who are completely new to the sport, they regularly host structured beginners courses led by qualified coaches to teach the basics safely. They also host regular indoor club nights during the colder months to ensure members can stay active all year round. While the club provides initial training and guidance, members must follow local safety rules, which include a strict requirement to use only aluminium or carbon-aluminium composite arrows on the shared multi-sport fields.
