1:1 Wellbeing Taster Sessions

Leah from Mugwort and Mistletoe in Ipswich will provide individual 30-minute wellbeing taster sessions. Attendees can select from seated reiki, Indian Head Massage, or Acusound therapy during these holistic treatment samplers. Starting at 1pm, tarot taster readings will also be available.

Participants must be aged 18 or over. These sessions are included in the Halloween at The Hold programme and form part of the Witches: Suffolk's Dark Legacy exhibition schedule, which is supported by a Weston Loan Programme grant from Art Fund and assistance from Debach Enterprises.
