EVENT

Amazing Animals: Christmas!

Sessions take place from 10.30 – 11.30am, 11.30am – 12.30pm, 12.30 – 1.30pm, 2 – 3pm and 3 – 4pm. The live animals return for a festive edition of Amazing Animals on Monday 21 December. Visitors can learn about various animals, their adaptations, survival strategies and the impact humans have on their habitats. A selection of creatures will be available to meet such as rabbits, guinea pigs, chinchillas, hamsters, gerbils, hedgehogs, sugar gliders and others. The exact number of animals depends on their mood in the morning.

Parents and guardians must remain with their children during the session. The event is suitable for children aged three and older, as younger children may not be able to interact with the animals. All adults and children need to buy a ticket. Infants carried by adults do not require a ticket but cannot touch the animals. Each session has a maximum of 40 participants due to space limitations in the Great Hall. Staff can refuse entry to anyone without a booked ticket. Ensure all members of your group have valid tickets before arriving.
