Bright Places (Workshop)

Join Rae Mainwaring, award-winning writer of Bright Places, for a creative workshop exploring your own 'bright places' and pockets of joy that help you cope in difficult times. This relaxed session is designed for anyone looking to start writing or make a creative start, with no experience necessary.

You'll have the opportunity to chat, share biscuits, and work on your own stories, all in a supportive environment. These workshops are specifically designed for people living with MS or a chronic illness and their supporters, but are open to anyone who could benefit from the experience.
